As you have seen from reading the previous pages on my website, my focus is on the Buyer as an exclusive Inn/B&B Buyer’s Broker. Because we will have a separate specialist on both sides of the transaction, - i.e. a listing specialist representing the seller and a buyer’s specialist representing the buyer, we are in a position to make the following commitment to each client:

	Rick Griffin – Inn/B&B Listing Specialist: After over 30 years in the hotel business, twenty-two of which were at the Kennebunkport Inn, Rick and his wife Martha, sold their Inn and Rick entered the real estate field in 2001. Coming from the service industry, Rick is dedicated to personalized customer service and attention to detail. Along with being experienced residential brokers, team members have undergone extensive training in the Inn/B&B field in order to comprehend the particular requirements of the Inn/B&B seller while also understanding the buyer’s needs. In doing so, both Ed, Rick and Lois will apply the following:
