Dana Moos and I have joined to form PREMIER PARTNERS. Dana will represent seller's exclusively.

PREMIER PARTNERS is a new dimension of Inn/B&B marketing and sales in the state of Maine.

Between Innkeeping and commercial real estate, Dana brings with her almost 20 years of practical experience.

Together, Dana and I have the reputation, experience and knowledge to create a mutually satisfying Premier Partnership transition for both buyers and sellers.  


 

Dana’s Premier Partnership Pledge to her Sellers:

·     to bring to the seller a thorough explanation of all phases of the selling process.

·     to work with the seller to establish a viable selling price by use of the various available tools, such as MLS (Multiple  Listing Service), comparative Inn/B&B sales in your area as well as statewide, and a perspective of the general marketability of your property.

·     upon listing, to give your property immediate exposure to all of the buyers on our “Inn”stant Update list and to continue that exposure through The Swan Agency Sotheby’s International Realty website, Don's Maine Inn Broker website, and all other appropriate nationwide INN/B&B “for sale” sites.

·     to work with all buyers’ brokers to promote a thorough marketing exposure.

·     to have weekly contact with all seller clients in order to update them on the status of buyer interest.

·     to provide prompt feedback after each showing

From Dana’s perspective…

In order to enjoy Maine’s slower paced way of life, my husband Greg and I moved to the coast of Maine from the Washington, DC area. Before moving to Maine, I spent close to 20 years in commercial real estate and property management.

Being involved with innkeeping for almost five years and often being referred to as an aggressive “go getter”, I wanted to venture out and share what has turned out to be a successful comprehension of the business and help other innkeepers with the shift to their next endeavor.  I feel that an Agent who is able to walk in their shoes is best qualified to handle their transition.  Along with possessing the experience, knowledge, and financial insight of the situation, I also appreciate the heartfelt emotional impact of this decision.

Sellers feel like they are in a suspended phase and I fully understand this. I will pledge to my Sellers to provide answers to their questions promptly, objectively and with sincere thoughtfulness. My goal is to establish a trusting Premier Partnership with each Seller client that will ultimately lead to a successful sale.

My attitude and enthusiasm for working with The Swan Agency Sotheby’s International Realty and partner Don Johnson will bring a new dimension to Inn/B&B marketing and sales. Don and I look forward to bringing buyers and sellers together, one dream at a time.

·     to help sellers recognize property problem areas and recommend solutions that will appeal to prospective buyers

·     if needed, to help sellers “stage” their properties in order to enhance the property’s appeal to a wide variety of buyers

·     to provide a prompt response to buyer’s inquires about your property

·     to relay as much information about your property as the buyer might request

·     to coordinate showings to fit both buyers and sellers schedules

·     to immediately inform buyers of all new listings and status changes on current listings

·     While preserving confidentiality on both sides of the sale, Don and Dana are working together to suitably protect their own client’s requirements.
