perspective…
In order
to enjoy Maine’s slower paced way of life, my husband Greg and I moved
to the coast of Maine from the Washington, DC area. Before moving to
Maine, I spent close to 20 years in commercial real estate and property
management.
Being involved with innkeeping for
almost five years and often being referred to as an aggressive “go
getter”, I wanted to venture out and share what has turned out to
be a successful comprehension of the business and help other innkeepers
with the shift to their next endeavor.
I feel that an Agent who is able to walk in their shoes is best
qualified to handle their transition.
Along with possessing the experience, knowledge, and financial
insight of the situation, I also appreciate the heartfelt emotional
impact of this decision.
Sellers feel like they are in a suspended phase and I fully
understand this. I will pledge to my Sellers to provide answers to their
questions promptly, objectively and with sincere thoughtfulness. My goal
is to establish a trusting Premier Partnership with each Seller client
that will ultimately lead to a successful sale.
My attitude and enthusiasm for
working with The Swan Agency Sotheby’s International Realty and
partner Don Johnson will bring a new dimension to Inn/B&B marketing
and sales. Don and I look forward to bringing buyers and sellers
